Accommodation
Trueman Court offers luxurious overnight accommodation for stays of one night or longer. The apartments accommodate between 1 and 4 guests. Access to the apartments is self service using our smart technology.

Trueman Court is a modern conversion of a historic building. Please see our accessibility statement on the website.
Age Policy
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. We reserve the right to request identification.
Beds
Some of our beds are tatami style (on a platform). In apartments 4,8,9 and 12, two beds will be provided if booked for 3 or more guests (if 2 guests are staying and 2 beds are required please book for 3 guests).

Breakfast
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled 3 days prior to arrival date, otherwise you will be charged 100% of the cost regardless of staying or not.
Check-in
When you make your reservation you will receive a confirmation. This includes a link for the FlexiPass App. Please download this app to your smart phone in advance of your arrival. On the day of arrival you will be sent a code by email – simply enter this into the FlexiPass app and your smart phone becomes your key, simply scan it over the front door lock reader and your apartment door lock reader to gain access. If you do not have a smart phone please email us at info@truemancourt.co.uk prior to arrival or call +44 (0)151 245 9888 if you are at the property.
Check-out
10.30am on the day of departure unless a late check out has been selected during booking. Please note that your Flexipass key will deactivate at this time.

Please select the option during booking.

We are located at Trueman Court, Trueman Street, Liverpool, L3 2BA.
Emergency
For the emergency services please dial 999. If you have an urgent query, please refer to the numbers in the guest services directory located inside the apartments.
Fire
In the event of a fire alarm please follow the evacuation procedure located on the back of your bedroom door. Please note that the apartment is fitted with a sensitive detection system. Please do not smoke in the apartments as this will incur a charge of £150 so we can have the apartment deep cleaned following your departure.
Hairdryer
Is placed in the bedroom for your convenience
Housekeeping
Team on hand from 10am-4pm daily. For longer stays, the apartments will be serviced once a week but please contact us if you require fresh linen at any time.
Iron
An iron and board is provided for your convenience
Kitchen
Your apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, including induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, utensils & pans, extraction (please pull out the sliding extractor hood when using the hob)
Lights Not Turning On
We have a master switch for the lights in each apartment, please check this is turned on.

Noise
Our quiet hours are between 11pm – 7am so please be especially courteous during these times. Those found to be in breach of this will be warned and failure to comply will result in being asked to leave. If any guests are being loud during these hours please get in touch with the details found in the Guest Services Directory.
Not Received Emails
Please have a look in the spam/junk folder, if the booking or room key email still isn’t there then please email info@truemancourt.co.uk for assistance.
Parking
We have on-street parking outside the apartments – operated by Liverpool City Council, Mon-Sun Parking is free from 6pm until 8am (no length of stay restriction). Charges from 8am to 6pm – £1.20 for 30 mins, £2.40 for 1 hour, £4.80 for 2 hours, £6.00 for 4 hours (max parking 4 hours between 8am and 6pm). There is a small NCP car park at Primrose Hill just a minutes walk from the apartments. What 3 words – brush, drops, visa. Charges £5.95 for 24 hours.
Partying
Strictly no partying allowed, those found to be in breach of this will be fined £150 and asked to leave.

Security
Only guests with valid access will be able to enter the building. Please do not allow access to others not in your party. CCTV is in operation in public areas and externally for your assurance.
Shower
For optimum pressure and temperature please:
1. Turn the temperature dial to cold (left)
2. Press the power button
3. Press the high button
4. Slowly adjust the temperature dial to the right
Smoking
We have a strict no indoor smoking policy, anyone found to be in breach of this will be fined £150 plus any additional cleaning/maintenance costs. We have an ash box outside by the front entrance door.

A wireless access code will be available in the Guest Services Directory in your apartment
