Built
- The building was built in the early 1800s and used as a brewery.
1849
Threlfalls Brewery Established
- After Purchasing Lloyd & Gurden’s brewery at Trueman Street. Threlfalls went on to become the eighth largest brewery in the UK
1982
Threlfalls Brewery Closed
- Whitbread closed the head office, brewery and bottling plant on Trueman Street
2018
Trueman Court Conceptualised
- After acquiring the property, the idea of turning this historic building into a serviced accommodation for guests to enjoy was formed
2022
Trueman Court Luxury Serviced Apartments Opened
- In mid 2022, Trueman Court was officially opened for guest to enjoy
