A beautifully designed apartment with all the furnishings and amenities you can desire for a comfortable stay - including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to both the centre of the city and the waterfront but in a quiet area. The highlight of the stay was clearly the staff, incredibly helpful and accommodating they made me feel right at home. I can highly recommend Trueman Court for any business looking for a convenient and comfortable location for staff to stay on a work trip, especially considering the support the staff offer for any issue. Absolutely fantastic stay at Trueman Court Luxury Serviced Apartments! The apartment was beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to the city center but in a quiet area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the spacious living area and the fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend Trueman Court for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Liverpool! The location overall is not bad, close to the trains station and the city center, but the street/area itself its far from nice. The apartment is equipped, but not too much (couldn't wash clothes, and wifi was working so bad that it was better to use my mobile internet), and for the price, there is any receiving or whatsoever. The bed matress are on the floor, which for me was not so comfortable. The apartment is not bad, but for the price I was expecting more. Really excellent stay at Truman court, I was concerned at first about noise as we were on ground level, but the street is quiet and it wasn't an issue. Apartment is really high spec and spotless, really nicely decorated. Staff are extremely responsive and helpful, fixed our WiFi problems and also made sure another very noisy room turned their music down. Handy remote entry, although it didn't work for my room, so a physical card was required. No issues for the staff who were immediately available to assist. Fantastic space, really well thought out. Clean and cosy. I wasn't as enamoured with the location as the street itself seemed a bit unloved. Strongly recommendedPosted onVerified We stayed at ‘the box 4’. Simple but nice interior. The accommodation consisted of a hallway, bathroom, small kitchen and a room separated into two areas. One area had a double bed and the other a tv and a pull out 1.5 size bed. The bed took the whole space between the TV and the bench sitting. The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the centre and very close to the rail station. The reason for 3 stars is due to a shower. It had a heating unit on the wall and the temperature was not possible to regulate. Slight turn to the left is extremely cold and to the right is boiling hot. When left at cold, it changes the temperature itself to boiling. So we couldn’t have a shower during the entire four days stay. Not acceptable. Everything was just lovely, Would not hesitate to recommend these apartments…Posted onVerified Almost Quirky An almost quirky apartment. A contactless admissions arrangement went very well (much to the relief of this non tech reviewer). Apartment also contained a comprehensive guest compendium, enabling all necessary (and additional) information to be provided. Apartment consisted of two levels, with a small lounge area, kitchen and bathroom on the lower level and a bed in the loft. Bed was large and very comfortable, taking up almost all the space. There was, however, still some room for a desk and chair as well as area for a couple of suitcases. Lounge area contained a comfortable sofa from which to watch television or simply relax, as well as a table and chairs from which work on the computer could very easily be completed. Kitchen was of a reasonable size, and apart from all the standard utensils, also had a espresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Of course, there are also numerous eateries within ten minutes walking, so the kitchen was little used. Bathroom was of a good size and had a very decent shower. It also provided good shelving to enable the storage of personal toiletries to be placed, although there was also a supply of complementary ones as well. On street parking was not ever an issue, but it does require payment during the day. Not an issue if you are out sightseeing all day. Excellent free Wi-fi.
